Our client is international company specializes in wind energy sector. Due to the development at polish market our client needs to find experienced transaction specialist.
Key tasks of transaction specialist are sale of wind projects, project acquisition, cooperation contracts and market overview. Transaction specialist will be responsible for PPA, interconnection agreements, negotiation terms and conditions of TSA and MSA. He will support the optimization of the park lay out, and tender and negotiate BOP works. His main duty will be identify target customers, prepare and conduct due diligence, negotiate deal structure.
Idea candidate has minimum 5 years of experience in sales, energy trading or projects acquisition, ideally in wind energy sector. Candidate has to speak English fluently and has master degree. Position is located in Warsaw but requires frequent travelling.
